No bail for the Taliban Sympathizers.
Now they can sit and rot in a jail cell, until their convictions and then they can rot some more.

A US federal judge has denied bail for the son of a Florida imam arrested on charges of financing and supporting the Pakistani Taliban.
US prosecutors have charged Irfan Khan, 37, along with his father and brother, who is also an imam at another Florida mosque, with conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.
The three Pakistani-born US citizens were arrested in May and are among six people indicted on charges they conspired to transfer about $50,000 and provide other support for the Pakistani Taliban, which the US government considers a terrorist organization.(Because they are Terrorists !Ed)
In a ruling late on Friday, Judge Adalberto Jordan denied bail for Khan, saying he represented a flight risk. The judge had already rejected bail requests for the other two men.
Jordan said the evidence against Khan was “substantial” but not as strong as that against his father, Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan, 76, who was an imam at the Miami Mosque at the time of his arrest.
All three men have pleaded not guilty to the charges. If convicted, the men face up to 15 years in prison for each count of the indictment.

US charges six with aiding Pakistani Taliban
The six are accused of conspiring to provide material support to a conspiracy to murder, injure and kidnap people abroad and conspiring to provide support to a terrorist organisation, the Pakistani Taliban.
But Ikram Khan, another son of Hafiz Khan, said his father was too old and unwell to be involved in a plot.
"None of my family supports the Taliban. We support this country,"
Yeah,Yeah,Yeah, we have heard it all before, And Islam is the Religion of Peace.
So again we have Muslims in America, Imams no less, suporting terrorists.
When all we hear is how Muslims in America do not do these kinds of things.
But there you go.

The news comes amid heightened tension in relations between Pakistan and the US following the US raid that killed al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.
The four-count indictment against the six people was announced by Wifredo Ferrer - US attorney for the Southern District of Florida - and local FBI agents.
The indictment mentions financial transfers of $50,000 (£30,000) but Mr Ferrer said evidence suggested this was "the tip of the iceberg".
The three Florida citizens were named as Hafiz Khan, 76, and his sons Irfan Khan, 37, and Izhar Khan, 24.
Hafiz Khan is the imam at the Flagler Mosque in Miami, while Izhar Khan is the imam at the Jamaat al-Mumineen Mosque in nearby Margate. Officials said their mosques were not suspected of wrongdoing.
Ali Rehman, Alam Zeb and Amina Khan, who live in Pakistan, were also charged.

JACKSONVILLE, Florida -- A north Florida mother has pleaded guilty to shaking her baby to death after the boy's crying interrupted her game on Facebook.
Alexandra V. Tobias pleaded guilty to second-degree murder on Wednesday and remains jailed.
The Florida Times-Union reports that she told investigators she was angered because the boy was crying while she was playing the game FarmVille.
The paper also reports that she told investigators she shook the boy, smoked a cigarette to compose herself and then shook him again.
She will be sentenced in December. State guidelines call for 25 to 50 years, but a prosecutor said it could be shorter than that.

State Department Calls Plan to Burn Korans 'Un-American'

The State Department described as "un-American" plans by a controversial church to burn Korans in memory of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks -- though the head of that church says he is not deterred.
State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley called the plan "inflammatory" at a briefing Tuesday and said it would put U.S. troops and interest around the world at risk, echoing a concern expressed by the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan.
"It doesn't represent the vast majority of American views," Crowley said.
Secretary of State Clinton also condemned the church's plans during her remarks at a State Department dinner she hosted in observance of Iftar, the breaking of the daily fast during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
"I am heartened by the clear, unequivocal condemnation of this disrespectful, disgraceful act that has come from American religious leaders of all faiths," Clinton said.

Devotees of Florida Man Sickened After Drinking Mucus of Giant African Snail

I noticed a few odd stories in the first fifteen minutes of browsing this evening soooo...

MIAMI — Devotees of a Miami man who claims to practice a traditional African religion say they were sickened when they drank the mucus of a giant African snail.
Federal authorities in January raided Charles L. Stewart's home after receiving complaints. Stewart has not been criminally charged, but prosecutors and state and federal wildlife agencies are investigating. The giant African snail is prohibited in the U.S. without special approval.
Experts say it devastates new ecosystems. The snail grows up to 10 inches long, can reproduce on its own and can eat even plaster.
Stewart tells The Miami Herald he means no harm, and his religion uses the snails in healing ceremonies.
Followers said they got violently ill, losing weight and developing strange lumps in their stomachs.
