Awaiting Nukes Report

mounting evidence that Iran may be building an atomic bomb.

And Iran will deny the report then commence to ripping on the U.S. for all its problems.

And the people will buy it!

As the International Atomic Energy Agency prepares to release its latest report on Iran's nuclear program, an Obama administration official said Thursday that the Islamic regime has a credibility problem.

"Iran, over many years, has been unable to demonstrate the peaceful intent of its nuclear program," Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications Ben Rhodes told reporters in Cannes, France, where President Obama was attending the G20 summit.

"They're the only treaty member of the (Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty) that cannot convince the International Atomic Energy Agency that their program is peaceful," Rhodes said.

The U.N. nuclear watchdog is expected to roll out an update next week to bullet point the purpose and size of Iran's nuclear fuel program. The country insists that it is only interested in energy, but the assessment is expected to detail mounting evidence that Iran may be building an atomic bomb.

Rhodes noted that Iran is already ignoring the requirements of the IAEA report, and the NPT.

Chemical weapons found by National Transitional Council

No details of what kind of chemical and biological weapons were found, just that they were found. (I'm sure details will be out soon...)
Not surprising that Ghadafi had these kinds of things piled up in libya, he was after all a terrorist.
all we can hope for is that they are all found and destroyed before the radical Islamists can get there grimy hands on them; they would certainly be used.

Chemical weapons have been found in Libya by National Transitional Council forces, it was revealed yesterday.

The NTC, the group governing Libya after the ousting of Colonel Gaddafi, has secured them.

An NTC representative said: “They are from the Gaddafi era and are under guard until they can be handed over.”

The United Nations is helping co-ordinate as the NTC and international organisations take control of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, as well as other non-conventional weapons...

Libya also accumulated the largest known stockpile of shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles in any non-producing country.

Thousands were destroyed during NATO operations but Mr Martin said the UN is increasingly concerned over looting and spread of these weapons and other arms, as well as mines being newly laid.

Dismantling the Bomb.

Dismantling the worlds largest nuke was not an easy task, the people that created the beast are all dead or almost dead; and tey actually had to reinvent tools to perform the dismantling.

This thing was 100 times more powerful than the one dropped on Hiroshima.

The Telegraph

The last B-53 bomb – built in 1962, the year of the Cuban missile crisis – was dismantled at the Pantex facility in Amarillo, the only place in the United States that still builds, maintains and dismantles nuclear weapons.
Grey in colour, weighing 10,000 pounds (4,500 kilograms) and as big as a small car, it had the power to wipe out an entire metropolitan area with its nine-megaton yield when dropped from a B-52 bomber.
By comparison, the atom bomb that destroyed the Japanese city of Hiroshima in the final days of World War II packed a yield of 12 kilotons, or 0.012 megatons. The bomb killed more than 100,000 people.

A time when drinking and driving should not mix.

What...
Is there a problem with stopping at the bar for a few drinks while your driving the Nukes around ?

Foxnews
WASHINGTON -- Government agents hired to drive nuclear weapons and components in trucks sometimes got drunk while on convoy missions, including an incident last year when two agents were detained by police at a local bar during one assignment, according to a report Monday by the U.S. Energy Department's watchdog.

The department's assistant inspector general, Sandra D. Bruce, said her office reviewed 16 alcohol-related incidents involving agents, candidate-agents and others from the government's Office of Secure Transportation between 2007 through 2009. There are nearly 600 federal agents who ship nuclear weapons, weapon components and special nuclear material across the U.S.

The report said that two incidents in particular raised red flags because they happened during secure transportation missions while agents checked into local hotels during extended missions. In these cases, the vehicles were placed in "safe harbor," meaning they were moved to safe and secure locations.
