Now we are in jeopardy if we go outside the United States?
We can't go jet skiing on a lake connected to Mexico without being attacked!
What difference does killing a Murderer make?
Subscribing to this rhetoric is dangerous in itself, we are giving away our rights as a country if we let people like this now dead Piece of Shit get away with murder!

It should be known to all people of the world that if you come here and Kill, rape, or break any laws you will pay accordingly.

letting them know otherwise, would seem to invite more rape, murder, and crime.

Fuck Mexico, Viva America Bitches.

If the Obama administration's Solicitor-General is to be believed then thehttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif State of Texas has just caused "irreparable harm" to America's foreign relations. And if you also heed the warnings of numerous US diplomats and ex-military officials, then it has also jeopardized the safety of countless Americans overseas.

How has it done this? By executing Humbero Leal Garcia, a Mexican national whose case had been ordered reviewed by the International Court of Justice.

7 wounded outside Las Vegas mortuary

This is the crap that happens in other parts of the world.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A gunman opened fire on mourners outside a Las Vegas funeral home, wounding seven people before fleeing in a car, police said.

All the victims were hospitalized after Wednesday's shooting with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to police.

The suspect opened fire outside Palm Mortuary after a funeral just before 7 p.m.

Police spokesman Bill Cassell told the Las Vegas Sun that the shooter was mixing with mourners before he pulled out a gun and started firing.

Cassell said six adults and one juvenile were wounded. No names or ages were released.

Police are looking for the suspect, described as a Hispanic man wearing a red shirt, and investigating if the attack was gang related.

The funeral service was held for 21-year-old Andrews Armando Elena, who was stabbed to death on the Las Vegas Strip on June 25.

Japan Plans Safety Tests of Nuclear Plants

Stress test time.
this could come up nothing but bad news for Japans Nuclear power plants.

Do they really know what the constant bombardment of earthquakes will do to a containment pit? Concrete can be fragile, stress cracks, shrinkage, crazing, all are constant problems with Concrete structures.

So with the help of Earthquakes, who knows what shape the reactors are in.

The New York Times

TOKYO — Japan will conduct new safety tests of its nuclear plants, the nation’s top energy official said on Wednesday, in a move aimed at persuading local communities to allow the restarting of idled nuclear reactors.

The official, Trade and Industry Minister Banri Kaieda, said the so-called stress tests will measure the plants’ ability to withstand larger-than-expected earthquakes and tsunamis, like those that disabled the Fukushima Daiichi plant in March.

He said the tests, which are modeled on those conducted by the European Union on its plants, are intended to give “a sense of assurance” to local residents.

Somali terror suspect goes on trial in New York

The Obama administration would rather let terrorists go then actually prosecute them, that is why they want to bring them into U.S. courts, they will get the full benefits of being a U.S. Citizen in court.
Instead of sending them to Gitmo where they belong and having them prosecuted there by a court that will at least convict them of their deeds, in a U.S. court they get to run their mouths and have a chance to con-volute and twist everything, and ultimately be set free within the U.S.

I much rather prefer the kill first method.

BBC
A Somali man has appeared in court in New York, charged with assisting al-Qaeda and militants from Somalia's al-Shabab group.

Ahmed Abdulkadir Warsame was seized in the Gulf of Aden in April and was then interrogated for two months on a US warship before his trial in America.

It is a sign of how President Barack Obama's administration plans to deal with terrorist suspects captured abroad, a BBC correspondent says...

The news agency adds that after the interrogation was complete, the FBI began questioning Mr Warsame from scratch - in a way that could be used in court.

The fact that Mr Warsame was held during his interrogation on the warship is a sign of how the US plans to deal with terrorist suspects seized abroad, the BBC's Tom Burridge in Washington reports.

Having promised - and so far failed - to close Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, President Obama is unlikely to want to increase the prison population there, our correspondent says.

Gaza City produces map highlighting local 'must sees'

I can't wait, Now that gaza haza map, I can put it on my list of shitholes of the world I have yet to visit! It's right up there with pakistan, somalia, assghanistan, yemen, Pretty much any Muslim Country!

Do they have a Hamas guided Bus tour? They could tour all the Martirdum sites, and possibly the Qassam rocket facilities, Oh Joy.

The Jerusalem Post

Blockaded by Israel and Egypt, impoverished and subject to Islamic strictures, the Gaza Strip isn’t on the itinerary of most of the world’s tourists, but thahttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gift hasn’t deterred Gaza City from producing a map highlighting local "must sees."

The map, which debuted this week, is the brainchild of students and lecturers at the Geography Department of the city’s University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS). Besides documenting its archaeological and tourist sites, the map includes practical information such as hospitals and government buildings. Funded by the Bank of Palestine, the English-language map is handed out free of charge...

Shurrab said there are enough tourists in the city, and plenty more visiting political activists to justify creating the map. Until now, the only tool available for them to navigate the city was a printout from Google Maps, which he said isn’t detailed enough.

Australian police get power to demand removal of burqas

An absolute no brainer, you can't go around breaking the law and expect to keep your face covered.

Extreme Muslim outrage the first time this is enforced in 3 2 ...

Dawn.com

SYDNEY: Police in the Australian state of New South Wales have been handed broad-based powers to demand the removal of burqas and other face veils so they can identify people suspected of committing a crime.

The state government approved the move late Monday after the recent case of a Muslim woman who was acquitted when a judge decided she could not be identified because was wearing a burqa.

“I don’t care whether a person is wearing a motorcycle helmet, a burqa, niqab, face veil or anything else, the police should be allowed to require those people to make their identification clear,” Premier Barry O’Farrell said.

The move follows the high-profile case of Carnita Matthews, who in November 2010 was sentenced to six months jail for falsely accusing police of forcibly trying to remove her burqa when she was stopped for a traffic offence.

Petraeus marks July 4 with troops in Afghanistan

And don't forget about the troops.
The amazing U.S Military has helped secure or freedom and our independence, they deserve the biggest thanks.

AJC
The outgoing U.S. commander in Afghanistan marked his last Fourth of July ihttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifn uniform by speaking to American troops during a re-enlistment ceremony Monday in the country's restive south.

Gen. David Petraeus, who was recently confirmed as the next director of the CIA, told the 235 troops re-enlisting in Kandahar province that they have achieved progress on the battlefield but that "much work remains" to be done in Afghanistan.

"You raised your right hand and said 'Send me,' and today you raised your right hand again and said 'Send me again, if needed,'" he told the soldiers on America's 235th birthday.

"I cannot say how impressive your action is," he said. "It is the most meaningful display of patriotism possible."

Petraeus will be replaced by U.S. Marine Lt. Gen. John Allen even as 33,000 U.S. troops begin to withdraw from Afghanistan, the start of President Barack Obama's promised withdrawal of all combat troops by 2014.

Happy 4th of july, Americas Independence day.

Mich. Ban on Race in College Admissions Illegal

Point.
a sweeping law that forced the University of Michigan and other public schools to change admission policies.

The Duh!
The court mostly was concerned about how the affirmative action ban was created. Because it was passed as an amendment to the state constitution, it can only be changed with another statewide vote.

Yeah jackass, we passed it in a sweeping vote, that means it was a legit and unanimous vote.

Hey I guess we need to vote on again though.

Foxnews
A federal appeals court on Friday struck down Michigan's ban on the considhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.giferation of race and gender in college admissions, saying it burdens minorities and violates the U.S. Constitution.

The 2-1 decision upends a sweeping law that forced the University of Michigan and other public schools to change admission policies. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the law, approved by voters in 2006, violates the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.

The court mostly was concerned about how the affirmative action ban was created. Because it was passed as an amendment to the state constitution, it can only be changed with another statewide vote. This places a big burden on minorities who object to it, judges R. Guy Cole Jr. and Martha Craig Daughtrey said.

The ban's supporters could have chosen "less onerous avenues to effect political change," the judges said in the court's opinion.
