Scientists estimate that Prypyat and the surrounding area will not be safe for human habitation for several centuries. They also estimate that the most dangerous radioactive elements will take up to 900 years to decay sufficiently to render the area safe.

Animals’ Right to Privacy Denied by Wildlife Documentaries

O.K. So the next time I see an animal Relieving itself in my presence (Like My dog) , I should look the other way And give it a Moment ? Or should I yell at him for peeing on my Plants ?
This is the most ignorant thing I have read lately , next to Iran being seated on the U.N.s Womens rights commission .

Foxnews
Animals filmed for television wildlife documentary series are denied their right to privacy, a leading U.K. academic claimed in a report that emerged Friday.

Dr. Brett Mills of the University of East Anglia in Norwich, southeastern England, analyzed the behind-the-scenes footage of the BBC documentary series "Nature's Great Events."

The series followed animals such as polar bears, African elephants and humpback whales during epic annual environmental events. Mills examined the way in which the animals were filmed and concluded that animals, like humans, have a basic right to privacy that the documentary filmmakers ignored by filming their most intimate moments.

He said that the show's producers only considered the mechanics of filming, using the latest equipment to capture previously unseen natural events, and did not take into account the ethics of broadcasting an animal mating, giving birth and dying.

Mills' report, published in the latest edition of Continuum: Journal of Media and Cultural Studies, claimed that this is speciesism and that in order to make a successful wildlife documentary, filmmakers must inevitably deny many species the right to privacy.

However Piers Warren, the founder of interest group Filmmakers for Conservation, disagreed with Mills' claims.

"How can you say whether an animal wants to filmed? No animal will understand the concept," he said.

Building blocks of life are found on asteroid

A two for one special ,

First there is a good possibility of life on Mars,

And We also have very good evidence to the possibility of life on an asteroid

We are all Descendants Of Space Pond Scum !

The Los Angeles Times
For the first time, scientists have discovered evidence of water ice, as well as organic compounds, on an asteroid -- findings that bolster a leading theory for the origins of life on Earth.

"Up until now there was no sign that asteroids had any abundant organics or ice on them," said Joshua P. Emery, a planetary astronomer at the University of Tennessee and an author of one of two studies on the discoveries. The new evidence supports the possibility that the essential building blocks of life came from asteroids.

The research, reported by two teams of scientists working independently, appeared online Wednesday in the journal Nature. Both teams' conclusions are based on analyses of infrared light reflected by 24 Themis, one of the largest asteroids in the solar system.

Because different materials absorb light at different wavelengths, scientists were able to establish the content of the asteroid by analyzing the light reflected by it. The asteroid contains water and organic compounds, or molecules containing carbon, the teams concluded. With water, such molecules are the building blocks for producing and sustaining living things.

Father testifies Hutaree suspect visited militia activist Mark Koernke

Crazy whacked out Militia leaders like to hang out together .
It won't be long before somebody decides it is time to retaliate against the rotten Evil U.S Government , You can almost smell it brewing , Radical "Religious" Militia's are on the verge of Rampage ! And It is every bit as disturbing as waiting for Al Qaida to strike again !

Militias are not necessarily a bad thing , there are plenty of them in Michigan Alone (About 47) , But as with everything there are extremists , Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols , both of Oklahoma City Bombing fame , had ties to the Dexter Area Militias , in the Thumb of Michigan .

detnews.com

Detroit -- The alleged leader of the Hutaree militia, David Stone Sr., was a regular visitor to the home of Dexter-area militia activist Mark Koernke, a federal court hearing was told Wednesday.

At a bond appeal hearing, Stone's father, Ray Stone of Clayton, testified he has visited Koernke, 52, and his son David did several times since Koernke's release from prison in 2007. He served about six years for charges that included assaulting police.

Koernke was considered a leader of the militia movement and has hosted a "Mark from Michigan" radio show. He is also credited with the trilogy of "America in Peril" videos about the "New World Order" -- an alleged conspiracy involving international bankers, the United Nations and officials in the U.S. government.

Koernke, who did not immediately respond to a telephone message this morning, said in an Internet radio broadcast that militias would respond violently to the Hutaree arrests, Newsweek reported on April 2. But there has been no such reaction, and some militia members have taken credit for reporting the Hutaree's activities to the FBI.

Stone and eight alleged followers face seditious conspiracy and other charges in a federal grand jury indictment unsealed March 29, accused of plotting to kill police officers who Stone allegedly saw as members of a "brotherhood" aligned with the New World Order.

Army to Seek Death Penalty Against Fort Hood Shooter

I can't wait to here the Defense Attorneys spin on why Nadil Hasan , Should not be Executed !
Do they still do the Firing Squad in the Military ?

Foxnews
FORT WORTH, Texas -- Military prosecutors sent a notice Wednesday indicating they plan to seek the death penalty against the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood, a defense attorney said.

Maj. Nadal Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the Nov. 5 shooting. Premeditated murder carries the death penalty. But if military jurors convict Hasan, they can only sentence him to death if they determine there is an aggravating factor in the case, according to military law.

Defense attorney John Galligan said the notice he received from prosecutors outlines as an aggravating factor that more than one person was killed in the same incident.

"They've done everything except tell me to my face that they plan to seek the death penalty," Galligan told The Associated Press from his office near Fort Hood, about 130 miles (210 kilometers) southwest of Fort Worth.

Military prosecutors have not publicly said what punishment they plan to seek, and Fort Hood officials did not immediately return calls seeking comment Wednesday.

Richard Stevens, an attorney who defends military cases and is not involved in Hasan's case, said crimes that are ineligible for the death penalty do not require jurors to consider aggravating factors.

"The only reason to send a notice of aggravating factors is if you're trying to seek the death penalty," Stevens said.

How Arizona Became Center of Immigration Debate

So what do you do ?

Should we give an Estimated 12 to 20 Million illegal , undocumented , Law breaking individuals Amnesty , and all the rights of a naturalized citizen and someone that was Born in the USA !

the point was made yesterday about Arizona Governor. Jan Brewer , and her ancestors being Immigrants ! That's real funny because everyone that lives here is a descendant of an immigrant , Even Native American Indians Migrated here !

IT'S NO SURPRISE !

But once colonized and established the U.S Required documentation of who you are in order to come here ! Immigrants eventually After time sent to Ellis Island where without Much question they were given Paperwork , DOCUMENTS , You had to have them on you !!! They were more than welcome to come here , But just have your Fucking papers !

So whats the difference today ???

We have an influx of law breaking , undocumented , I want to change the laws of another country type of people who feel they can do what they want , Telling us , NOT ASKING US , that by what ever means necessary they will have their way !

ABC News
The frustration had been building for years in Arizona with every drug-related kidnapping, every home invasion, every "safe house" discovered crammed with illegal immigrants from Mexico.

The tensions finally spilled over this month with passage of the nation's toughest law against illegal immigration, a measure that has put Arizona at the center of the heated debate over how to deal with the millions of people who sneak into the U.S. every year.

A number of factors combined to produce the law: a heavily conservative Legislature, the ascent of a Republican governor, anger over the federal government's failure to secure the border, and growing anxiety over crime that reached a fever pitch last month with the slaying of an Arizona rancher, apparently by an illegal immigrant.

"It's something that should have been taken care of for years. It's not something we can keep slacking on," said Thomas Fitch, whose neighborhood was the site of a raid last month that netted 11 illegal immigrants in a safe house. "At the rate we're going now, it's going to get a lot worse."

The new law makes it a state crime to be in the U.S. illegally and directs police to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal.

Critics warned that the law could result in racial profiling and other abuses, and they are planning a legal challenge and a November referendum to overturn the measure. Supporters of the law say it is a commendable effort to combat what is fast becoming a scourge in the U.S.

Arizona is the biggest gateway into the U.S. for illegal immigrants. The state is home to an estimated 460,000 illegal immigrants — a population larger than that of entire cities such as Cleveland, St. Louis and New Orleans.

The Republican-dominated Legislature has backed a series of tough immigration measures in the past decade, only to have the most aggressive efforts thwarted by then-Gov. Janet Napolitano, a Democrat.

No surprise there !

Yemen arrests dozens of al Qaeda suspects

Remember This ?

The seven men, as well as the bomber, had all been arrested for suspected al Qaeda ties following the September 11, 2001 attacks on U.S. targets, but were released after two years in prison, according to the officials.

And if Yemen would have had the Balls back then to just kill them or put them away for life they would not be dealing with these Douchbags Again !

But there you go , This is what happens , And if it does not 100% make the Case for just killing these guys when they are caught , Nothing will !

(Reuters) - Yemeni police arrested dozens of al Qaeda suspects in sweeps a day after a suicide bomber tried to kill Britain's ambassador to Yemen, security officials said Tuesday.

At the 22-year-old bomber's home near Sanaa, his father told Reuters that he condemned his son's actions and that he had tried to get him to marry and find a job, before the young man went missing around six weeks ago.

Othman Ali al-Sulwi, who wore an explosive belt when he threw himself at a convoy taking Ambassador Tim Torlot to work Monday, had spent two years in prison before being released at the start of this year, his father said.

"I deplore and condemn this act in all its forms," the father said, adding that he had reported his son's disappearance to the authorities, who began a search for him.

Sulwi's attack "bore the hallmarks of al Qaeda," Yemen's interior ministry said Monday.

Among those taken into custody, the officials said, were seven Yemenis who had close relations with Sulwi.

The seven men, as well as the bomber, had all been arrested for suspected al Qaeda ties following the September 11, 2001 attacks on U.S. targets, but were released after two years in prison, according to the officials.

Yemen has been battling al Qaeda and other militant groups eroding its stability for years. The group's regional wing, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, is based in Yemen and has previously threatened and attacked embassies.

It has carried out a number of attacks on international targets, including the bombing in 2000 of the USS Cole in Aden harbor, which killed 17 sailors.

Last August, it sent a suicide bomber posing as a repentant militant to Saudi Arabia, where he narrowly failed to kill the kingdom's anti-terrorism chief, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef.

Nayef was not seriously hurt in the attack.

Granholm Says She’s on Obama’s Short List

Uh oh ! Lookout ! HEADS UP !
If you think She Screwed up Michigan almost to the point of Despair , wait and see What she can do to The Supreme court , if she get's appointed !

Foxnews
Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm (D) says she’s once again on President Obama’s short list for appointment to the Supreme Court. In an interview with CNN, the term-limited governor says she has talked with people in the Obama administration about the upcoming nomination to replace retiring Justice John Paul Stevens.

“It's a great honor to be on -- considered on the list,” said Granholm who went through this process last year with the opening that went to Sonia Sotomayor. She did not say if she’s spoken with the President who Fox News reported this past week held informal discussions with some of the people he’s considering.

Granholm, like Obama, holds a law degree from Harvard and appeals to some people who want the President to pick someone who is not currently serving as a federal appellate court judge. All nine members of the current Court were federal appellate judges before their elevation to the high court.

Granholm shares that interest saying, “I think it's a very wise move to consider experience that is not just from the judicial monastery because -- I mean not just me but Janet Napolitano, people that have applied the laws that Congress enacts, that have seen their impact on people, that -- you know, I mean I'm from the most challenged state in the country. And, you know, for somebody to experience and see what everyday people are feeling and experiencing out there, I think is an important thing to consider.”

Last Wednesday, key senators including Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) met with Obama and Vice President Joe Biden at the White House. On Fox News Sunday, McConnell said the president didn’t tip his hand about the pick. McConnell also passed on the opportunity to publically support someone for the lifetime appointment. He even made light of the situation saying his support would work against an endorsement. “I don't want to eliminate somebody's possibility of being on the Supreme Court by suggesting that I might find them a worthy selection,” McConnell said before adding, “I think it would not do them any good, put it that way.”

New York politicians rip into Arizona immigration law, call it 'un-American'

And off we go , All the name calling and crying foul has begun !

so It has come down to this , If you are against illegal aliens coming in to the UNITED STATES ,
if you are against giving illegal aliens all access to Americas social Programs ,

if you are against people , including illegal aliens , running around the UNITED STATES without any identification and driving cars ,

if you are against these people coming here and taking jobs ,

YOU ARE A RACIST !

ask yourself a few questions ,
Why are so many of the Liberal Democrats , all for giving 12 to 20 Million illegal immigrants amnesty ?

why is it these same liberal loons , cry foul when anyone speaks out against Amnesty ?

Why is it You are considered a racist and just plain mean spirited because you don't believe in the same insanity of handing over a large population of people here that have already broken our Laws ?

I Believe that many in the Democratic Party stand to greatly benefit from giving amnesty to the 12 million plus lawbreakers in the U.S., so much so that they will
sell out you and me and every other Legal citizen of the United States .

I say the Liberal ass clowns that are in charge Are Extremely Un-American !

NY Daily News
A stringent new Arizona law aimed at identifying and prosecuting illegal immigrants drew harsh criticism Saturday from New York politicians and activists.

"We do need comprehensive immigration law in this country but not like this," said Sen. Chuck Schumer. "This law is mean-spirited and I'm opposed to it."

Are opposed to it because you will loose some votes ? Or because you will loose some cheap labor around your house ?

On Friday, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed a bill into law making failure to carry proof of citizenship or legal status a crime, and any immigrants who can't produce the documentation can be arrested, fined $2,500 and jailed for up to six months.

Critics fear it would give cops free reign to harass the state's Hispanic population.

Why Just the Hispanics ? they were not named in this bill ! Are they the only ones running around without I.D ? They seem to be the only ones that are Crying like little babies About this !

Mayor Bloomberg said the law, which takes effect in August, could hurt the country financially because it "sends exactly the wrong message."

Public Advocate Bill de Blasio deemed it "un-American" legislation that "does nothing to address the pressing problems of our broken immigration system."

Brewer ordered the state to create a training course on how to enforce the law without violating anyone's civil rights. "We must enforce the law evenly, and without regard to skin color, accent or social status," she said.

"The disturbing trend of our immigration policies being influenced by xenophobia and racial profiling has reached a new level in Arizona," de Blasio said. "[This new law] is offensive, discriminatory and does nothing to address the pressing problems of our broken immigration system."

then Get off your overpaid Dead ass and do something about the Immigration problems in the U.S. !

"But as a country, America will be badly hurt if more states follow Arizona's lead," he said. "Foreign investment and tourism are critical to our national economy, and this new law sends exactly the wrong message to international companies and travelers."

An estimated 12 million undocumented workers live in the U.S. Bloomberg called on Washington to lead the way with comprehensive reform. Schumer has been meeting with lawmakers to draft such immigration policy.

Immigrant rights activists are expected to rally nationwide on May 1 in as part of an annual call for immigration and economic reform. In the city, that rally is set for 12 noon in Foley Square near City Hall.

What will Washington do about the Arizona immigration law? Or Obama Says What ?

“Our failure to act responsibly at the federal level will only open the door to irresponsibility by others,”

That's Right , The Obamasiah does it again , He makes it clear that We or the State political systems We have are Irresponsible in their actions to Govern the States as we see fit !

Only the Federal Government can be so responsible , to do so !

Mr. Obama , Just because you Are the President , it does not make you Better than anyone else !

What is Irresponsible About wanting to know who a person is ? When we get pulled over by the Police , we must show our Drivers License !
We don't like doing it , But it is the Law !

When did Common sense (Showing legal I.D.) become Irresponsible !

The Christian Science Monitor
Washington
Immigration has shot to center stage in Washington, following the signing Friday by Gov. Jan Brewer (R) of Arizona of legislation that makes it a state crime to be in the United States illegally. The law also requires Arizona police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is cause for suspicion.

It is being called the toughest legislation against illegal immigration in the country.

At the signing ceremony in Phoenix, Governor Brewer defended what she called her “unwavering signature” on the bill, despite concerns that the new law could result in racial profiling and other violations of civil liberties.

Arizona, which borders on Mexico, has long struggled with illegal immigration. Brewer discussed “border-related violence and crime due to illegal immigration,” but added that she had worked with legislators to strengthen civil-rights protections in the bill.

Brewer also blamed Washington for failing to address the immigration crisis in the US, where estimates of the undocumented immigrant population range from 12 million to 20 million.

“We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act,” Brewer said. “But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation.”

Bombs kill 64 in Iraq after al Qaeda deaths

"Why do they always target us? We are peaceful people. We come to pray and then go on our way,"

It is because They are Al Qaida !
They care less about their Own people , and more about their cause , so much that it Does not matter how many Innocent Muslims they kill !

The sooner you Dipshits realize it , The sooner you can get to eliminating them instead of protecting them !

(Reuters) - A series of bombs targeting Shi'ite areas rocked Baghdad Friday, killing at least 56 people in an apparent backlash after Iraq touted a series of blows against a weakened al Qaeda-led insurgency.

Eight people were also killed by bombs in the Sunni west of the country, less than a week after Iraqi security forces backed by U.S. troops killed al Qaeda's top two leaders in Iraq.

Thirteen blasts hit different areas of the Iraqi capital around the time of Muslim prayers, mostly near Shi'ite mosques and at a marketplace, an Interior Ministry source said.

Three bombs targeted worshippers outside the main office of fiery anti-American Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr in the crowded Sadr City slum. Those blasts killed 39 people and wounded 56, generating denunciations of the security forces. Some youths threw stones at an Iraqi army vehicle.

"Why do they always target us? We are peaceful people. We come to pray and then go on our way," one survivor told Reuters Television in an angry tirade, without identifying himself.

The attacks, one of Iraq's deadliest in recent weeks, also wounded around 120 people and signaled the possibility of a rise in violence after a March national election produced no clear winner and left a power vacuum for insurgents to exploit.

"Targeting prayers in areas with a certain majority," Baghdad security spokesman Maj. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi said, referring to Iraq's Shi'ite Muslim majority, "is a revenge for the losses suffered by al Qaeda.

"We expect such terrorist acts to continue."

And until you Kill them All , They will !

Iran tests speed boats in "major" Gulf war games

Iran tests out it's new Speed boat Navy !

No PFD's Required , And Suicide Belts are optional , In case you survived the first few bursts from the Millennium Gun...

From gizmag
The Millennium Gun is a multi-mission, close-in weapon system capable of engaging multiple fast-attack surface craft and near-shore land targets in littoral and riverine waters, as well as defending against anti-ship missiles and aircraft. Creating a "wall of lead," the Millennium Gun fires 35-mm ammunition, including the AHEAD round, at 1,000 rounds per minute. Each AHEAD dispenses 152 subprojectiles that form a cone-shaped pattern to destroy a target's control surfaces, seeker and other vital components as it moves through this lethal cloud.

...You may want one to finish yourself off with before the U.S Navy gets their hands on you !

(Reuters) - Iran's Revolutionary Guards successfully deployed a new speed boat capable of destroying enemy ships in war games that began on Thursday in a waterway crucial for global oil supplies, Iranian media reported.

The Islamic Republic, which is locked in a dispute with the West over its nuclear activities, often announces advances in its military capabilities in an apparent bid to show its readiness for any attack by Israel or the United States.

The Pentagon said on Wednesday U.S. military action against Iran remained an option even as Washington pursues diplomacy and sanctions to halt the country's atomic activities. U.S. under secretary of state for arms control Ellen Tauscher also said the military option, though a last resort, was still on the table.

Iranian media said naval, air and ground units of the elite Guards force would take part in the three-day exercise in the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. About 40 percent of the world's traded oil leaves the Gulf region through the strategic narrows.

Western military analysts say Iran may resort to "asymmetric warfare" if it comes under attack, for example by deploying swarms of speed boats to disrupt enemy operations in the Gulf.

State broadcaster IRIB said the Guard put into operation for the first time its "smart and unique" Ya Mahdi vessel.

"The radar-evading, high-speed Ya Mahdi vessel is able to track and target the enemy's surface vessels in a smart way and destroy them," it said, adding it was now being mass produced.

A spokesman for the maneuvers, Ali-Reza Tangsiri, said Ya Mahdi was a remote-controlled vessel whose missiles could blow 7-meter holes in any enemy ship.

North Korea torpedoed South's navy ship

So what Happens now ?

Nothing , After they raise the other half of the Ship and prove that it was a torpedo , they will Probably verbally slap North Korea .

(Reuters) - South Korea's military believes a torpedo fired from a North Korean submarine sank its navy ship last month, based on intelligence gathered jointly with the United States, a news report said on Thursday.

World | South Korea | North Korea

The Yonhap news report appears to be the clearest sign yet that Seoul blames Pyongyang for what would be one of the deadliest incidents between the rivals since the end of the 1950-53 Korean War. It puts more political pressure on President Lee Myung-bak, but analysts do not see it triggering a war.

The military's intelligence arm sent the report of "certain" North Korean involvement to the presidential Blue House soon after the incident, Yonhap quoted a high-ranking military source as saying.

Lee's government has come under criticism for what many see as its overly cautious handling of possible links to North Korea. It has called for a thorough investigation of the sinking, thought to have killed 46 sailors.

Market players have been calmed by the South's measured response, seeing Seoul as unlikely to take aggressive moves that would escalate into armed conflict and harm the export-driven economies of North Asia, responsible for about one-sixth of the global economy.

South Korea's defense ministry had no comment on the report.

"North Korean submarines are all armed with heavy torpedoes with 200 kg (441 lb) warheads," the military source was quoted as saying by Yonhap. "It is the military intelligence's assessment that the North attacked with a heavy torpedo.

"The military intelligence has made the report to the Blue House and to the Defense Ministry immediately after the sinking of the Cheonan that it is clearly the work of North Korea's military," the source was quoted as saying.

Arizona Immigration Enforcement Bill Stirs National Debate

Illegal Immigration makes everyone angry , you get to a point where you just can't take it anymore .

"When do we stand up for Americans and America? Enough is enough," he told Fox News on Tuesday. "Arizona has become ground zero. We're number two in the world in kidnapping. ... We're not taking it anymore. We're going to enforce our laws, with compassion."

And with the drug wars escalating way out of hand on the Borders , things will get worse !

It seems that to some in the U.S. it is shameful to be an American , and everything about illegal Immigration is good , if you are an illegal , people think you deserve more than everyone else !

And what is wrong with making the Running of illegal aliens A crime ?
Coyotes that transport illegals are abusive murdering Human rights violators of the worst Kind .

Some U.S. politicians want to give all illegal immigrants Amnesty , it ain't right and it is not fair , but how else are those in favor of this , to get all those VOTES ?

Foxnews
An Arizona bill that would impose some of the toughest immigration laws in the country is generating a storm of controversy nationwide as it tracks toward the governor's desk.

The Arizona Senate voted Monday to approve the final version of the bill, which was voted up on a party-line vote by the state House last Tuesday. If it's signed by Gov. Jan Brewer, it would give police in the state broad new powers to arrest and charge people suspected of being in the country illegally.

The legislation
has attracted widespread attention, with some accusing the state of sanctioning a racial profiling program that flies in the face of residents' civil rights.

Most recently, the head of the nation's largest archdiocese said the bill would encourage "German Nazi and Russian Communist techniques."

Cardinal Roger Mahony, who heads the Los Angeles archdiocese, made the comments in his blog Sunday, a day before the Arizona Legislature passed the bill.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., also led a press conference Tuesday on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., to denounce the proposal and call on the federal government
to put pressure on Arizona officials not to enforce it.

"The president needs to say on immigration laws, the Constitution is clear we preempt all state laws," he said.

The bill contains several provisions. Among them, it would create a new state misdemeanor crime for failing to carry alien registration documents; allow officers to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving their legal residence; allow people to sue if they feel a government agency has adopted a policy that hinders immigration enforcement; prohibit people from blocking traffic when they seek or offer day labor services on street corners; and make it illegal for people to knowingly transport illegal immigrants.

But in the absence of a federal immigration overhaul, some are coming down in support of the proposal.

Republican Sen. John McCain, who is in a tight race against primary challenger J.D. Hayworth in Arizona, has come out in favor of the bill, despite co-authoring a bill four years ago with the late Sen. Ted Kennedy that was derided by some as amnesty.

Arizona state Sen. Russell Pearce, who is sponsoring the measure, dismissed claims that the bill would lead to arbitrary profiling and said the bill is needed to help Arizona deal with rampant crime. He cited the recent killing of local rancher Robert Krentz by a suspected illegal immigrant.

"When do we stand up for Americans and America? Enough is enough," he told Fox News on Tuesday. "Arizona has become ground zero. We're number two in the world in kidnapping. ... We're not taking it anymore. We're going to enforce our laws, with compassion."

'South Park' Creators Could Face Retribution for Depicting Muhammad, Website Warns

Very Funny !
Hats of to Matt and Trey , a couple of the funniest guys in the world !

Nothing like Muslims getting pissed over a Cartoon , I did not see this South Park Episode , Did they actually show Mohamhead getting in or out of the Bear suit ?
Was he in it the whole time ? Was it just insinuated that it was Mohamhead ?

If Islamic douchbags take out Matt and Trey , I think Satan comes to rule the world !
It's Aboot liberty , It's Aboot Freedom of Speech ! Dumbass's !

Foxnews
A radical Islamic website is warning the creators of "South Park" that they could face violent retribution for depicting the Prophet Muhammad in a bear suit during an episode broadcast on Comedy Central last week.

RevolutionMuslim.com posted the warning following the 200th episode of Trey Parker and Matt Stone's "South Park," which included a caricature of the Prophet Muhammad disguised in a bear suit. The Web posting also included a graphic photo of Theo van Gogh, a Dutch filmmaker who was murdered in 2004 after making a documentary on violence against Muslim women.

"We have to warn Matt and Trey that what they are doing is stupid and they will probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh for airing this show," the posting reads. "This is not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them."

Reaching by phone early Tuesday, Abu Talhah al Amrikee, the author of the post, said he wrote the entry to "raise awareness." He said the grisly photograph of van Gogh was meant to "explain the severity" of what Parker and Stone did by mocking Muhammad.

"It's not a threat, but it really is a likely outcome," al Amrikee said, referring to the possibility that Parker and Stone could be murdered for mocking Muhammad. "They're going to be basically on a list in the back of the minds of a large number of Muslims. It's just the reality."

Al Amrikee said the website is considering a protest against the "disgusting" show, which also depicted the Prophet Muhammad in an episode on July 4, 2001.

"This is not a small thing," he said. "We should do whatever we can to make sure it does not happen again."

Third high-ranking al-Qaeda in Iraq leader killed

A third Top Al Qaida nitwit Bites the Dust .

USA Today
BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraqi and U.S. troops killed a regional leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq in an early morning raid Tuesday, as security forces continue to put pressure on the terrorist organization following the reported deaths of its two top-ranking figures over the weekend, officials said.

Abu Omar al-Baghdadi and Abu Ayyub al-Masri were killed in a joint operation Sunday in what Vice President Joe Biden called a "potentially devastating blow" to al-Qaeda in Iraq.

The intelligence that led to the elusive leaders' desert safehouse about six miles southwest of Tikrit came from the same source — a senior al-Qaeda operative captured last month — that produced the information leading to Tuesday's raid, according to a senior Iraqi military intelligence officer who supervised both operations.

Building on information provided by the captured al-Qaeda agent, Iraqi intelligence services were able to track down all three of the men, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity due to the clandestine nature of his job.

The killing of the al-Qaeda figures comes at a critical moment for Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, who has staked his reputation on being the man who can restore stability to Iraq after years of bloodshed. His coalition came in second in March's national election, but neither he nor his main rival have been able to muster enough support to form a new government.

It may be time for the United Nations' climate-studies scientists to go back to school.

A group of 40 auditors -- including scientists and public policy experts from across the globe -- have released a shocking report card on the U.N.'s landmark climate-change research report.

And they gave 21 of the report's 44 chapters a grade of "F."

The team, recruited by the climate-change skeptics behind the website NoConsensus.org, found that 5,600 of the 18,500 sources in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) Nobel Prize-winning 2007 report were not peer reviewed.

"We've been told this report is the gold standard," said Canadian global-warming skeptic Donna Laframboise, who runs the NoConsensus.org site and who organized the online effort to examine the U.N.'s references in the report, commonly known as the AR4.

The cover of the IPCC's fourth assessment report to the U.N., "Climate Change 2007: Synthesis Report," more frequently referred to as AR4.

"We've been told it's 100 percent peer-reviewed science. But thousands of sources cited by this report have been nowhere near a scientific journal."

Based on the grading system used in American schools, 21 chapters in the IPCC report received an F for citing peer-reviewed sources less than 60 percent of the time. Four chapters received a D, and six received a C.

The report also got eight A's and five B's from the auditors, who included Bob Ashworth, a member of the American Geophysical Union, and Dr. Darko Butina, a director of Chemomine Consultancy Ltd.

According to Lafromboise, much of the scientific research published by the U.N. cited press releases, newspaper and magazine clippings, student theses, newsletters, discussion papers, and literature published by green advocacy groups. Such material is often called "gray literature," she said, and it stands in stark contrast to the U.N.'s claims about the study's sources.

In June 2008, Rajendra Pachauri, the IPCC's chairman, said: "People can have confidence in the IPCC's conclusions, given that it is all on the basis of peer-reviewed literature.

"We don't pick up a newspaper article and, based on that, come up with our findings," he told a group at the Commonwealth Club.

Al Qaeda's two top Iraq leaders killed in raid

AWESOME !
Nothing picks up a Crappy ass Monday better than hearing about two top Al Qaida Numnuts Being found DEAD in a HOLE !

Live like A Cockroach then Die like one ,Sombitches !

(Reuters) - Al Qaeda's top two leaders in Iraq have been killed, officials said Monday, in a strike the United States called a "potentially devastating blow" but whose impact analysts said may be limited.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said al Qaeda's Iraq leader, Abu Ayyub al-Masri, and Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, the purported head of its local affiliate, the Islamic State of Iraq, were found dead in a hole in the ground inside a house after it was surrounded and stormed by troops.

The deaths could be a major setback to the stubborn insurgency at a time when Iraq is emerging from the sectarian slaughter unleashed after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion but still struggling to end suicide bombings and other attacks.

"Their deaths are potentially devastating blows to al Qaeda Iraq," U.S. Vice President Joe Biden told reporters in Washington, adding the operation "demonstrates the improved security strength and capacity of Iraqi security forces."

He said it was an operation led by Iraqi security forces with the support of U.S. troops, one of whom was killed. "The Iraqis have taken the lead in securing Iraq and its citizens by taking out both of these individuals," he said.

The U.S. commander in Iraq, Gen. Ray Odierno, called the deaths "potentially the most significant blow to al Qaeda in Iraq since the beginning of the insurgency."

However, analysts cautioned against reading too much into the strike against a network that did not appear to have much hierarchy but operates mainly through independent cells.

Mueller: Home-Grown Extremists as Threatening as Al Qaeda

Timothy McVeigh ,on The Oklahoma city Bombing...

“I feel no shame for it,” he says. “This was something that I saw as a larger good, and I know that, as I analyzed the history of not just the U.S., but all nations throughout the history of mankind. People have killed for what they believed was the greater good, and it’s accepted. Sometimes killing is accepted.”

As long as it's Assholes like the McVeighs , and the Bin Ladens, and the Mullah Omars of the world , I tend to agree !

A final Admission of Guilt !

So Yes , Home grown Extremists are ever bit as Deadly as Al Qaida !

And the Underlying theme in all Radical Extremism ?

Religious Extremism !

When you Confront the Enemy with the same views they have , You become one of them !

Foxnews
Fifteen years after the Oklahoma City bombing, the specter of domestic terrorism has returned to haunt the Obama administration, with a warning from the FBI that “home-grown and lone-wolf extremists” now represent as serious a threat as Al Qaeda and its affiliates, The Times reported on Saturday.

The warning, from the FBI Director, Robert Mueller, came as the former President Clinton drew parallels between the Oklahoma City tragedy and a recent upsurge in anti-government rhetoric, while American television audiences heard Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma City bomber, describe the “absolute rage” that drove him to plan an attack that killed 168 men, women and children.

An FBI spokesman said Friday that Mueller was referring to right-wing extremist groups and anti-government militias, as well as American Islamists, in his testimony to the Senate committee that must approve the FBI’s $8.3 billion budget.

Last month federal agents arrested nine members of a Christian militia based in Michigan, calling itself the Hutaree. They have been charged with plotting to murder local police with a stash of guns, knives and grenades.

Since the passage of President Obama’s health reforms, the FBI has also made arrests in Seattle and San Francisco after death threats were sent to Democratic senators.

“It’s one thing to express dissatisfaction with the Government but once you cross the line with a violent threat, that’s a violation that we take extremely seriously,” Bill Carter, the bureau’s spokesman, said.

The Oklahoma bombing was followed by an exhaustive civilian trial in which McVeigh became a hate figure to most but a hero to some members of the survivalist fringe on which he was radicalized.

He was executed in 2001, but not before granting 45 hours of death-row interviews to the authors of a book, American Terrorist, whose tapes will be broadcast for the first time on Monday.

McVeigh never confessed to the bombing in court but he appears to do so on the tapes.

“I feel no shame for it,” he says. “This was something that I saw as a larger good, and I know that, as I analyzed the history of not just the U.S., but all nations throughout the history of mankind. People have killed for what they believed was the greater good, and it’s accepted. Sometimes killing is accepted.”

Taliban Signals Willingness to Talk Peace With West

At a meeting held at night deep inside Taliban-controlled territory, the Taliban leaders told this newspaper that their military campaign had only three objectives: the return of sharia (Islamic law), the expulsion of foreigners and the restoration of security.

Mullah Omar , wants to maybe have a serious chit chat with Western Politicians !
Ain't that special , But they will refuse any concessions on their part , they will also lie and tell western officials what they want to hear !

Hey Mullah Monkey , How about giving up on implementing Sharia Law !

Foxnews
The supreme leader of the Taliban, Mullah Mohammed Omar, has indicated that he and his followers may be willing to hold peace talks with western politicians.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, two of the movement’s senior Islamic scholars have relayed a message from the Quetta shura, the Taliban’s ruling council, that Mullah Omar no longer aims to rule Afghanistan. They said he was prepared to engage in “sincere and honest” talks.

A senior U.S. military source said the remarks reflected a growing belief that a “breakthrough” was possible.

“There is evidence from many intelligence sources [that] the Taliban are ready for some kind of peace process,” the source said.

At a meeting held at night deep inside Taliban-controlled territory, the Taliban leaders told this newspaper that their military campaign had only three objectives: the return of sharia (Islamic law), the expulsion of foreigners and the restoration of security.

“[Mullah Omar] is no longer interested in being involved in politics or government,” said Mullah “Abdul Rashid”, the elder of the two commanders, who used a pseudonym to protect his identity.

Awlaki Hunt Ratchets Up

I would much rather see this Asshole with a dozen or so Good old fashioned American Bullets pumped into his body !
But alive would be O.K also .

foxnews
The hunt is heating up for US-born terror suspect and cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.

In its strongest statement yet, a diplomat for the Yemen government told Fox News it considers Awlaki a “fugitive” and wants him for questioning regarding “recent ties with Al Qaeda figures.”

The diplomat also told Fox Yemen Yemen is “addressing the findings linking Awlaki” to last year’s Fort Hood shootings and the Christmas bombing attempt.

It is believed Awlaki is hiding in southern Yemen.

The White House has reportedly signed off on a “kill or capture “ order targeting Awlaki for his terror associations.

A western diplomat in Sana’a has revealed to Fox News Awlaki is now considered to be fully “operational” as a terrorist, and that he is involved in “the recruitment of volunteers, the conception of acts, and their implementation.”

Awlaki is thought to be, according to the diplomat, in the “upper tier” of Yemen’s Al Qaeda chapter, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

Now, it appears, both the US AND Yemen have put Awlaki in the “upper tier” of their "Most Wanted" lists.

GOP Reps Offer Bill to Ban Interior Dept. From Hindering Border Agents

It is so rare to hear any common sense out of a politician , that when you do it is a Shock !
But I suspect that all four of these Four (Republican)Congressmen will be labeled racist Hate mongers in no time !
If you secure the border how are all those illegal immigrants going to get here to leach of the rest of us ?

Foxnews
The unknown gunman who murdered an Arizona rancher three weeks ago entered and exited the U.S. illegally in an area where border agents are widely prohibited from using motorized vehicles, constructing roads and installing surveillance structures, federal agents have confirmed.

The development prompted four Republican congressmen to introduce legislation on Wednesday that will ban the Interior Department from using environmental regulations to hinder agents along the border, including at the San Bernardino National Wildlife Refuge, a 2,300-acre parcel near where rancher Robert Krentz was killed on March 27.

U.S. Reps. Doc Hastings of Washington, Peter King of New York, Rob Bishop of Utah and Lamar Smith of Texas say their bill, if passed, will address environmental degradation of federal lands and help close national security gaps along the border, which they say has become an uncontrolled highway.

"Effectively securing our borders against illegal entry is a matter of homeland security," King said in a statement prior to the scheduled 1 p.m. press conference at the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center in Washington. "Border Patrol agents spend every day on the front line, securing our homeland from terrorists. Denying or limiting the Border Patrol access to public lands and allowing the flow of illegals, including potential terrorists, doesn't protect anything."

The lawmakers say internal documents show that the Interior Department and the U.S. Forest Service have consistently and actively prevented Border Patrol agents from securing U.S. borders by requiring Department of Homeland Security officials to complete lengthy and expensive environmental analyses, and even blocking Border Patrol agents from entering some areas.

"As a result, Border Patrol agents are being forced to wade through bureaucratic red tape just so they can do the job Congress has mandated: gain operational control over the U.S. border," according to a fact sheet released by the House of Representatives' Natural Resources Committee Republicans.

Kendra Barkoff, a spokeswoman for the Interior Department told FoxNews.com that Secretary Ken Salazar visited the area last month to meet with land managers and federal, state, and local law enforcement, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Homeland Security officials.

She said Salazar places a high priority on working with DHS and other agencies to "meet the twin goals of protecting our national security and our natural resources."

Holder Says Sept. 11 Suspects May Be Tried in N.Y.

Some people just don't Get it !

NY Times
WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. insisted on Wednesday that Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and his accused Sept. 11 co-conspirators may yet face trial in a federal court in the Southern District of New York, if not in lower Manhattan.

A venue in New York is “not off the table,” he said, and the Obama administration may make a decision “in a number of weeks.”

Still, in his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Mr. Holder said that the administration was taking “into consideration the concerns that have been raised by local officials, and by the community in New York City,” about the cost and disruptiveness of security arrangements that would be needed if the case were to be prosecuted in a Manhattan courtroom. And he did not rule out moving the case to a military commission.

“The Southern District of New York, for instance, is a much larger place than simply Manhattan,” Mr. Holder said. “There’s also the possibility of trying the case in other venues beyond New York.”

Mr. Holder’s remarks drew criticism from the ranking Republican on the panel, Jeff Sessions of Alabama, who said, “I don’t think the people of New York want this trial anywhere in their state or their city, or the Southern District.” Mr. Sessions argued that the case should be tried before a military commission rather than a civilian court.

Senator Charles Schumer, Democrat of New York, told Mr. Holder that there was an “overwhelming consensus” in New York that the trial “should not be held there.” Mr. Schumer later released a statement saying: “We know the administration is not going to hold the trial in New York. They should just say it already.”

Mr. Holder said last November that he had decided to hold the Sept. 11 trial at the federal courthouse in Manhattan. But two months later, the White House pulled that decision back for reconsideration after Mayor Michael Bloomberg reversed his prior support for holding the trial in the city, citing the cost and disruptiveness of the necessary security.

U.S. concerned Syria may be giving Scuds to Hezbollah

Hezbollah is playing with some big toys now .

What could they possibly want with some Scud Missiles ?

Israeli and U.S. officials, saying that that Syria has transferred Scuds to Hezbollah in a move that threatens to alter the Middle East military balance.

So if the real crazy Islamic Extremists (Hezbollah) Get bigger and better Weaponry than they ever had before , some parts of the Middle east (Israel) should watch their backs ? (Or the Skies)

(Reuters) - The White House expressed concern on Wednesday about allegations Syria has transferred long-range Scud missiles to the Lebanese guerrilla group Hezbollah and said it had raised the issue at the highest level.

"We are obviously increasingly concerned about the sophisticated weaponry that ... is allegedly being transferred," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters. "We have expressed our concerns to those governments."

Gibbs was responding to a question about a Wall Street Journal report, citing Israeli and U.S. officials, saying that that Syria has transferred Scuds to Hezbollah in a move that threatens to alter the Middle East military balance.

Iran complains to U.N. over U.S. nuclear "threat"

Yet Iran blatantly and open says how Israel should be annihilated and wiped off the face of the earth ?

But big bad America , we have a plan to deal with any Douchbag country like Iran and we are the threat to the World !

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - Iran complained to the United Nations on Tuesday over what it called a U.S. threat to attack it with atomic weapons, accusing Washington of nuclear blackmail in violation of the U.N. charter.

President Barack Obama made clear last week that Iran and North Korea, both involved in nuclear disputes with the West, were excluded from new limits on the use of U.S. atomic weapons.

A letter from Iranian Ambassador Mohammad Khazaee to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the Security Council and General Assembly presidents called on the United Nations to "strongly oppose the threat of use of nuclear weapons and to reject it."

Statements by Obama and other U.S. officials were "tantamount to nuclear blackmail against a non-nuclear-weapon state" and breached U.S. obligations under the U.N. charter to refrain from the threat or use of force, Khazaee said.

"Such remarks by the U.S. officials display once again the reliance of the U.S. government on (a) militarized approach to various issues, to which the threats of use of nuclear weapons are not a solution at all," he added.

They also posed "a real threat to international peace and security and undermine the credibility" of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the envoy said.

Venezuelan website lampoons Latin American leaders

Sounds funny to me , and I bet that Hugo "Fatass" Chavez , is not very pleased about it either !

So we like these guys , with the exception of some very good Catch phrases I have learned in Spanish I am clueless to what is being said , so for those of you who do heres the link to the site !

We can all help drive Hugo , a little closer to the edge !
elchiguirebipolar

(Reuters) - A Venezuelan website that has poked fun at leftist President Hugo Chavez for two years has become a roaring success on the Internet, where its authors set up their satirical blog to avoid censorship.

Juan Andres Ravell and Oswaldo Graziani, former television scriptwriters, say the main aim of their blog, The Bipolar Capybara (www.elchiguirebipolar.com/), is to make people laugh and lighten the polarized political environment.

Their latest creation is "Presidential Island," an animated series on the blog that broadens the satire to other Latin American leaders. The series is a takeoff of the U.S. television drama "Lost" featuring Latin American leaders who are shipwrecked with Chavez on a deserted island.

Chavez and Bolivia's President Evo Morales, the United States' main critics in South America, feast on an American bald eagle, while the king of Spain roasts Chilean leader Michelle Bachelet on a spit.

"Presidential Island" has been a hit in Latin America and has created an international following on Twitter and Facebook for Ravell, 28, and Graziani, 30.

The first episode has had more than 1 million viewers since being posted in February and doubled the traffic to the Bipolar Capybara blog, which takes its name from a large South American rodent.

In episode two, Chavez, who has succeeded Fidel Castro as the region's most verbose leader, bores his peers with a long monologue as they fish from a tree branch. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva dozes off and falls into the sea.

The series also lampoons U.S. President Barack Obama, who appears at the end of the second episode shooting Chavez with a tranquilizer dart from the top of a coconut tree.

"President Chavez's international role is funnier than his domestic one so we are looking for a larger audience," said Ravell, who was inspired by U.S. political humorist Stephen Colbert and the animated television series "South Park."

Over 200,000 flee military offensive in Pakistan

A total of 1.3 Million people have been displaced because of the Taliban and their twisted view on how life should be , according to Islam !
And of course the U.N needs more money to take care of these people also !
All the more reason to Eradicate the Taliban and Al Qaida from the face of the Earth , and make an extra effort to end Islamic Extremism !

Foxnews
ISLAMABAD (AP) — More than 200,000 people have fled Pakistan's latest offensive against Taliban militants in the northwest, the United Nations said Monday, as fresh clashes in the remote region killed 41 insurgents and two soldiers.

The military has pounded the Orakzai tribal region with airstrikes and artillery in an attempt to rout insurgents from the rugged, mountainous area near the Afghan border. Many Taliban fighters fled to Orakzai last year to escape a separate army offensive in their tribal stronghold of South Waziristan.

The exodus of civilians from Orakzai adds to the more than 1.3 million people driven from their homes by fighting in the northwest and unable to return.

The U.N. warned Monday it faces a severe shortfall in funding needed to aid those displaced, saying it has only received about $106 million, or 20 percent, of the $538 million appeal it launched in February for the next six months. Last year, the U.N. had received 40 percent of its appeal by this time, it said.

"Already some of our NGO partners ... providing a humanitarian response are canceling lifesaving projects and laying off their well-trained and well-experienced staff who are able to implement these projects efficiently in the affected areas," Martin Mogwanja, the U.N. humanitarian coordinator in Pakistan, said at a press conference.

The projects affected include those providing water, food, health care and sanitation for the displaced, said Mogwanja.

Iran leader wants U.N. pressure over Afghan rebels

Ahmadinejad , wants to have the Afghan Rebels Condemned , But you know not the Taliban Rebels .
He would also like to have 9/11 brought back up and see if we were correct in our taking on Al Qaida and the Taliban as our response to it !
One day this Douchebag will be gone (?) but the problem is in a muslim Country , another Douchbag is there to take his place !

Oh ,What a well placed Nuke could have taken care of on 9/12 !

(Reuters) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad urged the United Nations to condemn the support of foreign forces in Afghanistan for the leader of a Sunni Muslim rebel group, media reported on Monday.

In a letter to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, Ahmadinejad also called for an investigation into the September 11 attacks on the United States which he said was "used as a pretext for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq."

Predominantly Shi'ite Iran has linked Jundollah (God's soldiers) to the Sunni Islamist al Qaeda network and accuses Pakistan, Britain and the United States of backing the rebel group to destabilize Afghanistan, a charge the countries deny.

"We expect your Excellency... to condemn NATO's support for terrorism in the (Middle East) region and those who have supported this criminal," the official IRNA news agency quoted Ahmadinejad as saying in his letter, handed to Ban on Monday.

Jundollah, which accuses the Iranian government of discrimination against Sunnis, has been blamed for many deadly incidents over the last few years.

The Iranian president's remarks came at a time of escalating tension in the Islamic Republic's long-running dispute with the West over Tehran's nuclear program, with the United States pushing for new U.N. sanctions against the major oil producer.

In February, Iran arrested Abdolmalek Rigi in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan and officials said he had been at a U.S. military base prior to being taken into custody.

The Pentagon denied Iran's claims that Washington had links to Rigi and his Jundollah group.

Karzai Casts Doubt Over Major Kandahar Offensive

Mr Karzai ,Seems to be changing his tune on some issues with the United States,
He seems to be taking the side of the Taliban more and more .
Who Knows if he is serious or just being an Ass Clown and trying to tell his people what they want to hear to strengthen his political position !

Foxnews
The president of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, has cast doubt over NATO’s planned summer offensive against the Taliban in the southern province of Kandahar, as more than 10,000 American troops pour in for the fight.

Karzai threatened to delay or even cancel the operation — one of the biggest of the nine-year war — after being confronted in Kandahar by elders who said it would bring strife, not security, to his home province.

Visiting last week to rally support for the offensive, the president was instead overwhelmed by a barrage of complaints about corruption and misrule. As he was heckled at a shura of 1,500 tribal leaders and elders, he appeared to offer them a veto over military action. “Are you happy or unhappy for the operation to be carried out?” he asked.

The elders shouted back: “We are not happy.”

“Then until the time you say you are happy, the operation will not happen,” Karzai replied.

General Stanley McChrystal, the NATO commander, who was sitting behind him, looked distinctly apprehensive. The remarks have compounded U.S. anger and bewilderment with Karzai, who has already accused the United States of rigging last year’s presidential elections and even threatened to switch sides to join the Taliban.

Pakistani jets kill 45 people in Khyber: militants

A little one two punch to some Islamic Radicals (Taliban).
Pakistan is on a big time roll with taking out these jackass's , it took awhile but now it seems they get it !

Dead Islamic Militant radicals , are the only good ones , As for the "civilians" ,unless they were being used as human shields , they probably were not so innocent !

(Reuters) - Pakistani fighter jets bombed a militant position in the Khyber region on the Afghan border on Saturday, killing at least 45 people, a senior member of a militant group in the region said.

The strike was carried out in the remote valley of Tirah, the militant, who declined to be named, told Reuters.

"They first hit a house where our people were present and minutes later, when people got there to remove bodies from the rubble, jets attacked again," the militant said.

He said the dead included both militants and civilians.

A military spokesman confirmed that aircraft bombed militant hideouts in the region but said he had no information about casualties.

"We anticipate that the number of dead would be high because the bombardment was very intense," Rehan Khattak, a senior government official in the region, told Reuters. "We're trying to get exact figures."

A semi-autonomous Pashtun tribal region, Khyber is a major route for Western supplies trucked from Karachi's port to landlocked Afghanistan through the Khyber Pass. Militants have frequently attacked convoys in the region.

Drug gang hangs two from bridge near Mexico City

"WARNING" GRAPHIC PHOTO "WARNING"
Mexico Has gone to hell in a Hand basket , A report yesterday said that 80,000 people have fled Jaurez Mexico , to El Paso in the past year or so , They drive their cars over and never go back ! And 400,000 people have left the borders states of Mexico in the past couple of years !
Guess where they Went!

(Reuters) - Suspected drug hitmen hung the bodies of two men off a major bridge on Friday in a weekend get-away near Mexico City in the latest brazen act of drug violence near the capital.

The two men were found stripped to the waist and hung by the neck from the bridge near a shopping mall early Friday morning in Cuernavaca, said the attorney general's office for Morelos state, which includes the city.

Mexican media reported the hitmen riddled the bodies with bullets before fleeing the scene.

"Given the characteristics of this act, the killings appear to be linked to drug cartels and it is something we are seeing more of in the area," said a spokesman for the attorney general's office who declined to be named.

Drug violence is raging across Mexico and almost 20,000 people have died in the fight among cartels and with Mexican security forces since President Felipe Calderon launched his army-led crackdown on drug gangs in late 2006.

Child bride dies of internal bleeding in Yemen

Just another case of Pedophilia in a Muslim country , and Could you call this Murder ?
Islam allows Pedophilia everywhere it is , you can call it nothing else , As disgusting as it is , Little girls a married off to men way older than they are and abused beyond Belief , It is in the culture of Islam , Muslims are followers of Mohamed , The biggest pedophile of them all !

(Reuters) - A 13-year-old Yemeni girl died three days after marrying a man twice her age, due to internal bleeding following intercourse, a Yemeni human rights group and UNICEF said.

The girl's death comes amid ongoing debate on whether to set a minimum age for brides in Yemen, where human rights groups say one in every three girls is married before the age of 18.

Elham Mahdi Shoi died in the west of the Arab state earlier this month, said Sisters Arab Forum (SAF).

Sigrid Kaag, regional director for UNICEF, said in a statement that the United Nations child agency was "dismayed by the death of yet another child bride in Yemen."

"Elham is a martyr of abuse of children's lives in Yemen and a clear example of what is justified by the lack of limits on the age of marriage," SAF said in a statement.

The case of a nine-year-old Yemeni child bride, Nujood Ali, was thrust into the spotlight after it was reported by a Yemeni newspaper and a French journalist wrote her memoir, which was published in March.

In the harrowing memoir, Nujood tells how at age 9 she was forced to marry a man three times her age, raped and beaten, then made Yemeni history by getting a divorce two years ago.

As suggested in the memoir, child brides in Yemen are fueled by a combination of a lack of women's rights, economic hardships and a culture that deplores bringing families shame, making it difficult to speak out.

Iran's president attacks Obama on nuclear "threat"

"Obama made these latest remarks because he is inexperienced and an amateur politician," Ahmadinejad said on Iranian television. "American politicians are like cowboys. Whenever they have legal shortcomings, their hands go to their guns."

Inexperienced And An Amateur , Maybe so , but he is better than you !
And it is better to have some legal Shortcomings , than to just have some uh Shortcomings !

(Reuters) - Iran's president issued a scathing personal attack on U.S. President Barack Obama on Wednesday, calling him an "inexperienced amateur" who was quick to threaten to use nuclear weapons against U.S. enemies.

Commenting on new U.S. policy restrictions on the use of atomic weapons which sent a stern message to nuclear-defiant Iran that it remained a potential target, hard-line Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told Obama that Iran would not yield to threats.

"Obama made these latest remarks because he is inexperienced and an amateur politician," Ahmadinejad said on Iranian television. "American politicians are like cowboys. Whenever they have legal shortcomings, their hands go to their guns."

Obama made a diplomatic overture to Tehran soon after taking office in 2009, urging it to "unclench its fist."

But since then a confrontation has intensified over Iran's nuclear activities which the West suspects are aimed at developing an atomic bomb and Tehran says are for civilian use.

Obama is urging U.N. Security Council members to back new sanctions against Iran.

His changes to U.S. weapons policy were announced before a nuclear summit in Washington next week. He renounced the development of new atomic weapons and ruled out the use of nuclear arms against non-nuclear armed states.

But this came with a condition. Countries would be spared a U.S. nuclear response only if they are in compliance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Iran and North Korea would thus not be protected and be potential targets.

IAEA inspects Syria reactor in uranium traces probe

The IAEA is far behind in the game of connect the Dots .
There is a reason why Syria will not let the IAEA inspectors search the Alleged Nuclear Sites !

IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING !

(Reuters) - U.N. inspectors have been able to revisit a Damascus nuclear research reactor as part of a probe into possible covert atomic activity in Syria, diplomats said on Tuesday.

But Syria continues to deny inspectors follow-up access to a desert site where Israel bombed a building in 2007 which U.S. intelligence reports said was a nascent, North Korean-designed nuclear reactor geared to yield atomic bomb fuel.

The Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency has been checking whether there could be a link between the Damascus reactor and the bombed Dair Alzour site after discovering unexplained particles of processed uranium at both.

Syria turned down a planned IAEA inspection of the Damascus reactor in February, saying it was too busy with preparations for an IAEA Board of Governors meeting. But inspectors have now been allowed to examine the site.

"They visited Damascus only," a diplomat close to the IAEA said. The nuclear watchdog's next report on Syria is due toward the end of May.

Syria, an ally of Iran which is under investigation over nuclear proliferation suspicions, has denied ever having an atom bomb programme.

But in his February report on Syria, new IAEA chief Yukiya Amano gave independent support to Western suspicions for the first time by saying the uranium traces found in a 2008 visit by inspectors pointed to nuclear-related activity on the ground.

Syria's envoy to the IAEA has suggested Israel dropped uranium particles on to its soil to make it look as if a covert nuclear weapons plant was being built, an explanation which has been treated with skepticism by Western diplomats.

The IAEA wants to re-examine the desert site so it can take samples from rubble removed immediately after the air strike.

A point of serious Stupidity here ,
If the samples they would like to inspect were removed immediately After the Israeli airstrike how are they going to Examine them ?

Would they not need to go to where they were removed to ?

Do they think Syria will just hand them over for inspection ?

The agency has also been seeking access to three other Syrian sites under military control whose look was altered by landscaping after inspectors asked for access.

Look a shrubbery here a Nice Hosta over there throw in a few flowering plants in between and surprise , No nuke Site here !

Israel is widely believed to be the only Middle East state to possess nuclear weapons, although it maintains public ambiguity about its capability.

Border Fence Under Renewed Fire After Rancher Killing

A simple solution , Build the Fence anyway !
Then patrol it with more humans , but at least hire ones who are not afraid to use their guns when needed .
And maybe a new Border Patrol Policy to go along with everything here ...When you are assaulted with bullets or rocks be sure to shoot who is doing the assaulting no matter where they stand !

Foxnews
The killing of Arizona rancher Robert Krentz allegedly by an illegal immigrant has some critics pointing out that hundreds of miles of U.S.-Mexico border fencing isn't even high enough to stop a person on foot.

Of the 646 miles of barriers currently constructed along the 2,000-mile southern border of the United States, 300 miles are vehicle barriers, according to the Department of Homeland Security. That means they're meant to keep out cars and trucks, but aren't high enough to keep out people crossing the border illegally on foot.

Fencing in place just south of the Krentz family ranch in southeastern Arizona is exactly that kind of vehicle barrier, plus there's a sizable gap in the fence nearby.

Residents and officials say the security barrier is simply ineffective, and that the killing last month is shining a light on the problem.

Rancher Wendy Glenn, Krentz's longtime friend and neighbor who heard the man's last radio transmission to his brother, said she has roughly 4 miles of border fence along Malpai Ranch. The "wildlife-friendly" barrier -- one that allows large animals and determined people to pass through freely -- ranges from large Normandy-style "X" crosses to standard posts and rails, topping off at no more than six feet high, she said.

"It doesn't keep any people out," Glenn told FoxNews.com on Monday. "We don't want any more fence here. We want more people on the border. No matter what they put in, they're going to tunnel under, cut through, or use ladders. We don't need that."

Glenn characterized the border fence as a "big waste of money" and called for increased federal presence along the remote areas, as well increased communication among law enforcement agencies.

Gunmen attack U.S. consulate in Pakistan

President Zardari , is giving up his main powers which may ease political tensions in Pakistan but will do nothing to ease tensions with the Taliban .

The Taliban will never be happy with anything or Anybody , Their attacks like the ones at the U.S. consulate and the Political rally where they did nothing but kill and injure their own Muslim people Should tell everyone that !

(Reuters) - Militants using a car bomb and firing weapons attacked the U.S. consulate in the Pakistani city of Peshawar on Monday hours after a suicide bomber killed 38 people elsewhere in the northwest, officials said.

Pakistani Taliban militants claimed responsibility for the attack on the consulate, in which eight people, including three militants, were killed but no one in the mission was hurt.
They vowed more violence.

Islamist attacks have raised fears for the future of the nuclear-armed U.S. ally, also beset by economic problems and chronic political wrangling.

But in a move that should ease political infighting, President Asif Ali Zardari called on parliament to approve quickly reforms that will see him give up his main powers.

The assault on the tightly guarded consulate was launched hours after the bomb blast at a rally of supporters of an ethnic Pashtun-based political party staunchly opposed to the militants.

The attacks underscored the danger posed by militants after a year of military offensives which have dealt the Islamists significant setbacks.

"I saw attackers in two vehicles. Some of them carried rocket-propelled grenades. They first opened fire at security personnel at the post near the consulate and then blasts went off," Peshawar resident Siraj Afridi told Reuters.

Pakistan's Army accused of extra-judicial killings

The Lahore-based Human Rights Commission of Pakistan provided a list of 249 suspected extra-judicial killings from July 30, 2009, to March 22, 2010, saying most of the bodies were found in Swat. It said independent journalists and locals widely believed security forces were behind them.

Widely Believed Without any proof .

And these were suspected Taliban Sympathizers , People that probably were not to nice in the first place , that is why they supported the Taliban .

And the U.S. is supposed to reprimand Pakistan over this when we are accused of taking out Civilians at every predator drone strike ?

The people that support the Taliban( "Sympathizers" ) are no better than the Taliban themselves ! If they are killed because the are in close proximity to their Male lovers at the time of their demise , it should be considered a two for one special !

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Pakistani army is facing fresh accusations of carrying out extra-judicial killings and torture, claims which could threaten U.S. funding for any units singled out for abuse.

New York-based Human Rights Watch said it had briefed U.S. State Department and congressional officials about mounting evidence of more than 200 summary executions in Swat Valley in the past eight months of suspected Taliban sympathizers.

Pakistan's army denied the group's accusations of abuse in Swat, home to about 1.3 million people and the site of a much-lauded military operation last year to take back the former Taliban stronghold.

"Swat is open to journalists and you can conduct investigative reporting there," Pakistani Army spokesman Major General Athar Abbas told Reuters in Islamabad. "Have you seen any sort of report in Pakistani newspapers?"

The Lahore-based Human Rights Commission of Pakistan provided a list of 249 suspected extra-judicial killings from July 30, 2009, to March 22, 2010, saying most of the bodies were found in Swat. It said independent journalists and locals widely believed security forces were behind them.

Officials in Washington said they were taking the accusations of abuse seriously. The Obama administration has raised the matter with Islamabad, officials said.

"We have shared our concern about these allegations with senior Pakistani officials and will continue to monitor the situation closely," State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said.

Defense Secretary Robert Gates has also discussed U.S. concerns with Pakistani military and government officials.

"While our strong bilateral relationship with Pakistan and our close partnership in combating terrorism are very important to us, we take allegations of human rights abuses seriously," said Geoff Morrell, Pentagon press secretary.

Gunmen storm Sunni enclave in Baghdad, kill 24

Just some insane Muslim killing Muslim antics in a normal day in Iraq !
The bummer is that the people killed were former "Insurgents" (Al Qaida), that have turned on their former gang of Rejects , and help stop some of the violence in Iraq and steer it on it's way to stability !
Not that I am giving them a Pass on what they used to be , They got what they Deserve !
It is just bad for Iraq , They lost some people who were trying to help .

(Reuters) - Gunmen wearing military uniforms stormed a Sunni Muslim village near Baghdad and killed 24 people, some of them former insurgents who turned against al Qaeda, Iraqi authorities said on Saturday.

The attackers may have been pretending to be U.S. soldiers because they wore U.S.-style uniforms, sunglasses, and spoke some English, according to an Iraqi military source at the scene.

The attack occurred on Friday in a Sunni enclave called Albusaifi in the southern part of Baghdad province, a former stronghold of al Qaeda militants. A police source said the gunmen handcuffed the victims and shot them in the head.

At least seven people were left alive, their hands tied behind their backs, Baghdad security spokesman Major General Qassim al-Moussawi said.

"The terrorist group drove cars and killed 24 people, including five women," Moussawi said.

Iraqi authorities had warned of a possible escalation of violence due to rising tensions surrounding a March 7 parliamentary election that produced no clear winner.

Iraqi and U.S. troops sealed off the area. Moussawi said 25 people were arrested and security forces were searching for more.

SONS OF IRAQ

Moussawi said some of the victims were members of the Iraqi security forces and others of the Sahwa movement, or the "Sons of Iraq." The group comprises Sunni former insurgents who joined the Iraqi government and U.S. forces to fight al Qaeda militants and are credited with helping turn the tide of the Iraq war.

"This is al Qaeda's doing," said a Sahwa leader who asked not to be named.

Another Sahwa official in southern Baghdad said the area was once an al Qaeda stronghold freed from "terrorists" by the Sons of Iraq.
